My Journey of Youth, Begins on Campus

一、活動名稱：中國文化大學外國學生校園短片徵選活動。
1. Event Name: Chinese Culture University Campus Short Film Competition for Foreign Students

鼓勵外國籍同學們分享留學的經歷，以及在本校學習的點點滴滴小故事。
Encourage international students to share their study abroad experiences and the little stories from their time at CCU.

二、主題: 請以食、住、行、學習、旅遊等主題分享。
2. Theme: Please share based on themes such as food, accommodation, transportation, study, travel, etc.  

三、參與對象：本校外國籍的在學學生。
3. Participant Requirements: Currently enrolled international students at CCU.  

以個人或團體組隊方式參賽，如果是團隊參加，團隊中須至少有一位外國籍學生團員。
Individuals or teams can participate. If participating as a team, there must be at least one international student member in the team.  

四、報名截止：2024年10月30日星期三。
4. Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 30, 2024.  

五、報名方式：請把影片作品上傳到YouTube，再複製連結貼上報名表單上面。
5. How to Register: Upload your video to YouTube and paste the link into the registration form.  

六、評選流程：以Email通知 (請務必填寫正確Email)。
6. Selection Process: Notification will be sent via email (please ensure you provide a correct email address).  

七、作品規範：請自行選擇橫式或直式。
7. Video Requirements: Choose either horizontal or vertical orientation.  

        1.  橫式影音組報名方式：解析度1920*1080（HD）的橫式影片。
            Horizontal Video: Submit a horizontal video with a resolution of 1920*1080 (HD).

        2.  直式影音組報名方式：解析度1080*1920（HD）的直式影片。
            Vertical Video: Submit a vertical video with a resolution of 1080*1920 (HD).

       ?影片長度：至多60秒。
            Video Length: Maximum of 60 seconds.

       ?影片格式：提交MP4。
            Video Format: MP4.

       ?影片形式：運用視覺語言，製作詮釋符合徵件主題的影片。
            Video Style: Use visual language to create a video that interprets the theme of the competition.

            作品不限表現形式與手法，劇情、動畫、紀錄片…等各種類型影片均可參賽。
            All types of videos, including narrative, animation, documentary, etc., are welcome.

      ?作品理念：請在報名表單寫明影片理念、拍攝手法以及預期達到的效果。
            Concept: Please describe the concept, filming techniques, and expected impact of the video in the registration form.  

      ?語言：外國籍學生的母國語言。
            Language: Native language of the foreign student.  

      ?字幕：至少要有中文字幕或英文字幕。
            Subtitles: Must include at least Chinese or English subtitles.

      ?特殊規定：
           Special Requirements:  

          (1) 作品名稱，須提供外國籍學生的母國語言，以及中文或英文名稱。
                The title of the work must be provided in both the international student's native language and in Chinese or English.

          (2) 影片中不得出現剪輯軟體浮水印或團隊LOGO。
                No watermark from editing software or team logos should appear in the video.  

          (3) 拍攝地點限於臺灣。  
                Filming locations must be within Taiwan.  

      ?人物素材：不限。如果使用人物為影片之主角影像，均需獲當事人肖像權之授權。
            Subject Material: No restrictions. If the video prominently features an individual, permission for the use of their likeness must be obtained.  

八、得獎作品，須將原始檔案上傳至主辦單位提供的雲端空間。
8. Winning Entries: The original files must be uploaded to the  cloud storage provided by the organizers.  

九、活動獎勵：
9. Awards:

        1.  團體獎：新台幣10,000元整、獎狀。
             Group Prize: NT$10,000 and certificate.  

        2.  特優獎：新台幣3,000元整、獎狀。
             Excellence Prize: NT$3,000 and certificate.

        3.  最佳創意獎：精美禮品一份、獎狀。
             Best Creativity Prize: A gift and certificate.

        若因獎項延伸稅金，由獲獎人/獲獎團體自行承擔。
        Any taxes resulting from the prizes will be borne by the winner(s).  

        若為團體獲獎，獎金之拆分由獲獎團體自行決定，主辦單位無涉團體內獎金分配。
        If a team wins, the distribution of the prize money is up to the team; the organizers are not involved in the division of the prize.
