CCIFT法國工商會招聘職涯發展實習生
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. 以職能為基礎，協同各部門主管撰寫各職務工作說明書。
2. 人才職能缺口分析，供招募及訓練需求參考。
3. 內部同仁職能面談。
PROFILE
1. 大專以上人資相關科系在學學生，年級不拘。
2. 對人有熱忱、對職涯發展有興趣。
3. 積極主動、樂於學習、具備良好溝通協調能力。
4. 英文聽說讀寫中等，具備基礎Excel操作能力。
5. 每星期可工作兩到三天，工作期間至少一年。
