申請對象：
1. 114學年度升二年級設籍非台北市及新北市，且本學期（113.2）目前住宿校內宿舍之本地生。
2. 本學期（113.2）目前有住宿之境外學生。

Application Eligibility:
1.Local students entering the second grade in the 114th academic year who are registered outside of Taipei City and New Taipei City and are currently residing in on-campus dormitories during this semester (113.2).
2.International students who are currently residing in dormitories during this semester (113.2).

1.Sinh viên địa phương lên lớp 2 năm học thứ 114, đã đăng ký hộ khẩu ngoài thành phố Đài Bắc và thành phố Tân Bắc, và hiện đang ở ký túc xá trường học trong học kỳ này (113.2).
2.Sinh viên quốc tế hiện đang ở trong ký túc xá trong học kỳ này (113.2).
