未完成備援email設定者,無法透過系統自行重設密碼,並會影響成績查詢、選課等功能使用。請尚未完成備援信箱設定的同學,儘速登入學生專區完成設定。
🔐 我忘記密碼了,該怎麼辦?
📌 情況一:已設定備援email
→ 可直接使用「忘記密碼」功能快速自助重設,不需聯絡教務處。
📌 情況二:尚未設定備援email
→ 請攜帶學生證與有效的身分證明文件親自前往教務組辦理人工重設,並於現場完成備援email設定。
📌 如無法親辦(例:人在外縣市/海外)
→
1.填寫委託書交由同學或親友於上班時間至教務組辦理密碼重設及備援信箱設定。
2.填寫個資修改申請表並附上雙證件(身分證、居留證、學生證、駕照或護照等,處理時間約2個工作天。申請方式請來信洽詢。
⚠️忘記密碼且尚未完成備援email者,僅提供一次性協助,重設後請立即完成備援email設定,以免未來影響使用。
⚠️ 備援email設定已公告實施超過一個月,系統將持續強化資安與自助服務,恕不提供電話進行身分確認與密碼重設,敬請配合。

Students Who Have Set Up a Backup Email Can Now Reset Their Password via the "Forgot Password" Function on the MyCCU Login Page.
Students who have not completed the backup email setup will not be able to reset their password through the system. This will affect their ability to access services such as grade inquiries and course selection. If you have not yet set up your backup email, please log in to MyCCU IMMEDIATELY to complete the setup.
🔐 Forgot Your Password? What Should You Do?
📌 Scenario 1: Backup Email Is Already Set Up
→ You can use the "Forgot Password" function to reset it quickly on your own. No need to contact the Office of Academic Affairs.
📌 Scenario 2: Backup Email Not Yet Set Up
→ Please bring your Student ID and a valid photo ID( such as ARC. or passport) in person to the Registrar Section for manual password reset. You will also be required to complete the backup email setup on site.
📌 Unable to Come in Person (e.g., living in another county/abroad)?

Fill out an authorization form and have a classmate or family member bring it to the Registrar Section during office hours to reset your password and set up your backup email.
Fill out a Personal Data Update Application Form and attach copies of two valid IDs (such as national ID, ARC, student ID, driver’s license, or passport). Processing time is about 2 working days. For submission instructions, please contact us by email.
⚠️ For students who have forgotten their password and have not set up a backup email, assistance will be provided only once. After resetting, please complete your backup email setup immediately to avoid future disruptions.
⚠️ The backup email setup policy has been in effect for over a month. To enhance cybersecurity and self-service functionality, the system will no longer offer identity verification or password resets by phone. Your cooperation is appreciated.
