一、財政部「統一發票兌獎APP」自115年7月1日起新增英文介面，使用者可依需求切換中、英文操作介面。外籍人士下載旨揭APP並申請手機條碼後，可利用手機索取雲端發票，享有自動對獎、中獎獎金主動通知、設定領獎帳戶，獎金自動匯款等多項服務。

Description
1. The Ministry of Finance (MOF) launched an English-language interface for the Uniform Invoice Prize Claim App on July 1, 2026. Users may switch between Chinese and English interfaces as needed. Foreign nationals who download the App and apply for a Mobile Barcode can receive Cloud Invoices (e-Invoices) and enjoy convenient services such as automatic invoice matching, prize-winning notifications, designation of a prize claim account, and automatic remittance of prize money.
2. Promotional videos and graphic materials can be downloaded via the QR code links provided in the attachments. Please feel free to use these materials for promotional and educational purposes.
