主旨:公告本校數位學位證書發證事宜。
一、本校配合教育部推動全國大專院校數位證書發放計畫,配合計畫期程,將於114學年度第1學期起發放數位學位證書。
二、數位學位證書為PDF格式之電子學位證書,內容與紙本學位證書相同,並可透過教育部「數位證書驗證系統」進行線上驗證,具備防偽與查驗機制。數位學位證書為紙本學位證書之副本,效力等同紙本,惟畢業生須先領取紙本學位證書後,始符合數位學位證書領證資格。
- 114學年度第1學期起,已完成離校程序並領取紙本學位證書之畢業生。
- 畢業生無須另行申請,亦不需繳交任何費用,即符合數位學位證書領證資格。
- 學生於領取紙本學位證書後,工作人員將當場發送數位學位證書至本校提供之ulive信箱及學生於專區設定之備援EMAIL信箱。
- 收證後請立即下載進行驗證及並備份,確認無誤後再離開現場。
三、畢業生收到通知信件後,請務必以「下載附件」方式儲存學校寄發之原始PDF檔案,並自行妥善保存。請勿以「開啟後另存新檔」、「列印後重新掃描」等方式處理檔案,以免導致檔案結構變更,影響後續驗證。
- 請至教育部數位證書驗證系統(https://dcert.moe.gov.tw)。
- 依系統指示,上傳學校寄發之原始PDF檔進行驗證。
- 數位學位證書僅發放一次,遺失或更名後,不受理補發申請。
- 畢業後有更名需求,請依校友資料異動程序辦理;數位學位證書不因更名重新發放。
七、請各系所協助轉知所屬學生,並提醒畢業生務必於領取紙本學位證書前,確認學生專區所留之備援EMAIL可長期使用,以維護自身權益。
八、本校另製作數位學位證書領證步驟及常見問題問答集供各學系及同學參考如公告附件。

Subject: Announcement on the issuance of digital degree certificates at our university.
1. In coordination with the Ministry of Education's national plan for issuing digital certificates to higher education institutions, Chinese Culture University will issue digital degree certificates starting from the first semester of the 2025 academic year.
2. The digital degree certificate will be in PDF format, identical in content to the paper certificate, and can be verified online through the Ministry of Education's Digital Certificate Verification System. It features anti-counterfeiting and verification mechanisms. The digital certificate serves as a duplicate of the paper one, carrying the same legal effect; graduates must first collect their paper degree certificate to be eligible for the digital version.
- From the first semester of the 2025 academic year, graduates who have completed the clearance process and collected their paper degree certificate.
- No separate application or fees are required; eligibility is automatically granted.
- After collecting the paper certificate, staff will immediately send the digital certificate to the university-provided ULive email and the backup email registered in the student portal.
- Upon receipt, please download, verify, and back up immediately before leaving the collection site.
3. When receiving the email notification, graduates must download and save the original PDF file attached in the email. Do not use "Save As" after opening, or print and scan, as this may alter the file structure and affect verification.
- Visit the Ministry of Education Digital Certificate Verification System (https://dcert.moe.gov.tw).
- Follow instructions to upload the original PDF issued by the university for verification.
- The digital certificate is issued only once; lost or name-changed cases will not be reissued.
- If a name change occurs after graduation, please follow the alumni information update procedure. No reissuance will be provided for digital certificates.
Please remind graduates to ensure that their backup email in the student portal remains usable before collecting the paper certificate, to protect their rights.
