Application for Scholarship for Overseas Compatriot/ Hong Kong & Macau and International Students (Fall Semester Enrolled) is now open.
1. Application Period:
From now until Wednesday,September 30th, 2026.
2. Eligibility:
Applicants must meet all the following conditions:
- Be currently enrolled at the university as a Hong Kong/Macau student, Overseas Compatriot student, or international student.
- Have been admitted in the Fall Semester of the 2024 or 2025 academic year (Academic Year 113 or 114, 1st semester).
- Must not be receiving any of the following scholarships:
- Ministry of Education Taiwan Scholarship
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs Taiwan Scholarship
- Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) Top or Outstanding Overseas Compatriot Students Scholarship
- Joint scholarships co-sponsored by the OCAC and CCU
3. Scholarship Conditions and Amounts:
A. If the student has conduct grades of 80 or above in each semester and an average academic score of 75 or above across both semesters of 114-1 and 114-2, ranking within the top 15%, they are eligible for a full scholarship equivalent to the total tuition and miscellaneous fees for both semesters of 115-1 and 115-2.
B. If the student has conduct grades of 80 or above in each semester and an average academic score of 65 or above across both semesters of 114-1 and 114-2, ranking within the top 35%, they are eligible for a NTD 20,000 scholarship (NTD 10,000 per semester in 115-1 and 115-2).

5. Important Notes:
- Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- To align with the schedule for accessing academic grades and class rankings, the scholarship recipients are expected to be reviewed and announced by the Scholarship Review Committee in October2026. The list of recipients will be announced on OIMA website: https://oima.pccu.edu.tw/.
- Recipients must complete registration and tuition payment for the semester of 115-1 before claiming the scholarship funds.
- The ranking percentile is calculated by adding (rank/ total number of students in class) for semester 114-1 and semester 114-2, then dividing the sum by 2.
