• 可以查詢自己的報修清單以及維修進度詳情。
• 取消紙本派工單，採用電子化派工單，全流程管理。

因新舊系統差異過大，新系統無法納入舊系統的報修單，新系統上線前的報修單會持續逐一維修，請勿重複在新系統申請，避免維修師傅混淆報修項目。
新系統上線後，維修師傅需熟悉流程操作，如維修不及時，請多多包涵，攜手往前推進與優化。

• Check your repair list and track maintenance progress in detail.
• Paper work orders will be replaced by electronic work orders for full process management.

Due to significant differences between the old and new systems, existing repair requests cannot be migrated into the new system. Requests submitted before the system goes live will continue to be processed one by one. Please do not reapply using the new system to avoid confusion.
After the system goes live, maintenance staff will need time to familiarize themselves with the new processes. Please be patient as we work together to improve and optimize.

• Có thể tra cứu danh sách yêu cầu sửa chữa và chi tiết tiến độ.
• Hủy bỏ phiếu công việc giấy, áp dụng hệ thống phiếu công việc điện tử, quản lý toàn bộ quy trình.

Do sự khác biệt lớn giữa hệ thống cũ và mới, hệ thống mới không thể tích hợp các phiếu báo hỏng từ hệ thống cũ. Những phiếu gửi trước khi ra mắt hệ thống mới sẽ tiếp tục được xử lý theo từng yêu cầu, vui lòng không đăng ký lại trên hệ thống mới để tránh nhầm lẫn.
Sau khi hệ thống mới đi vào hoạt động, nhân viên sửa chữa cần thời gian làm quen quy trình. Nếu việc sửa chữa chậm trễ, mong quý vị thông cảm và cùng nhau cải tiến tối ưu hóa.
