系統進入路徑

- 路徑二（資訊處首頁）：資訊處首頁 ＞ 一般服務 ＞ 硬體報修
服務內容
- 電腦硬體（含螢幕、印表機等週邊）故障
- 系統中毒、重灌或應用軟體無法正常使用
- 網路斷線或異常
- 辦公室增加網點、網路主機註冊或IP設定
注意事項
- 本系統服務對象為本校教職員生，僅提供網路維護及電腦維修服務
- 僅限公務使用，私人電腦或網路問題請勿填寫報修單

Service Coverage
- Computer hardware failures (including monitors, printers, and peripherals)
- System virus, reinstall, or malfunction of application software
- Network disconnection or abnormal network issues
- Office network expansion, network host registration, or IP configuration

- This system is for faculty, staff, and students of the university, providing only network maintenance and computer repair services
