教育部函轉經濟部智慧財產局宣導校園保護智慧財產權觀念案，請積極輔導、提醒學生使用正版書籍（含二手書），未經授權，勿擅自掃描、影印、下載或上傳書籍、教材，以免侵害他人著作權。

• 依著作權法規定，掃描、影印、下載或上傳他人著作須經授權。
• 學生掃描整本書或大量內容，或非法下載與上傳電子書，均屬侵權行為，恐需負擔刑民責任。
• 請勿使用侵權網站或從第三方平台購買或販售盜版書籍。

The Ministry of Education forwards the IPO’s notice to promote intellectual property rights on campus. All students should use genuine textbooks (including second-hand). Do not scan, photocopy, download, or upload books or teaching materials without authorization to avoid copyright infringement.

Key points:

• The Copyright Act provides exclusive rights to authors; copying or transmission without permission is prohibited.
• Scanning entire books or uploading downloaded e-textbooks exceeds fair use and may lead to legal liability.
• Do not visit infringing websites or buy/sell pirated textbooks.

Bộ Giáo dục chuyển công văn của Cục Sở hữu trí tuệ nhằm tuyên truyền nâng cao ý thức bảo vệ quyền sở hữu trí tuệ trong trường học. Vui lòng sử dụng sách hợp pháp (bao gồm sách cũ), không quét, sao chép, tải lên hoặc tải xuống tài liệu nếu chưa được phép.

Điểm quan trọng:

• Theo luật bản quyền, hành vi quét, sao chép hoặc tải lên tác phẩm khi chưa có phép là vi phạm.
• Sinh viên tải hoặc truyền sách điện tử bất hợp pháp sẽ chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý.
• Tuyệt đối không mua hoặc bán sách lậu.
