114學年度第1學期學生宿舍（含內江宿舍）入館報到日期自114年9月6日起至114年9月22日止（AM8:40-PM10:00）
※開館報到入住注意事項
1.不論繳費方式為何，請先完成住宿費之繳交，報到時請主動出示繳費證明（申請就學貸款及學雜費減免同學不受此限，宿舍報到入住時請告訴宿舍管理員：「我有辦理就學貸款或學雜費減免」，即可順利入住。。
2.請先行至學生專區完成金融帳號之登錄（學生本人之郵局或銀行帳號擇一即可）。
3.繳交入住同意書，請自行下載附加檔案。

Dormitory check-in period

The check-in period for student dormitories (including Neijiang Dormitory) for the first semester of the 114th academic year is from September 6, 114, to September 22, 114 (AM 8:40 - PM 10:00).

※ Important check-in and accommodation reminders:

1. Regardless of the payment method, please complete the payment of the accommodation fee first and proactively present the payment receipt upon check-in. (Students who have applied for student loans or tuition fee reductions are exempt from this requirement. When checking in, please inform the dormitory manager: "I have applied for a student loan or a tuition fee reduction" to proceed with the check-in smoothly.)
2. Please complete the registration of your financial account in the student portal (choose either a post office or bank account in the student’s name).
3. Submit the accommodation agreement. Please download the attached file yourself.

Thời gian nhận phòng ký túc xá

Thời gian nhận phòng ký túc xá sinh viên (bao gồm Ký túc xá Neijiang) cho học kỳ đầu tiên của năm học thứ 114 bắt đầu từ ngày 6 tháng 9 năm 114 đến ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 114 (8:40 sáng - 10:00 tối).

※ Các lưu ý quan trọng khi nhận phòng và ở ký túc xá:

1. Bất kể phương thức thanh toán là gì, vui lòng hoàn thành thanh toán phí ở trước và chủ động xuất trình biên lai thanh toán khi nhận phòng. (Sinh viên đã đăng ký khoản vay sinh viên hoặc miễn giảm học phí không cần tuân theo yêu cầu này. Khi nhận phòng, vui lòng thông báo với quản lý ký túc xá: "Tôi đã đăng ký khoản vay sinh viên hoặc miễn giảm học phí" để có thể nhận phòng thuận lợi.)
2. Vui lòng hoàn thành đăng ký tài khoản tài chính của bạn trong cổng sinh viên (chọn tài khoản ngân hàng hoặc bưu điện thuộc sở hữu của sinh viên).
3. Nộp thỏa thuận ở ký túc xá. Vui lòng tải xuống tệp đính kèm theo cách tự thực hiện.
