根據教育部來函修正本校外國學生入學規定，簡章修正如下:
In accordance with the directive from the Ministry of Education, the university's international student admission regulations have been amended. The revisions to the admission handbook are as follows:

語言能力證明Certificate of Language proficiency
1.華語文能力刪除母語為中文。" whose native language is Chinese " has been removed.
2.英文能力或國籍為英語系國家者免繳修正為或國籍為官方語言或通用語言為英語之國家者免繳
Original: Such proof is not required for students who are English native speakers.
Revised: Applicants whose citizenship is from a country where English is an "official or common language" are exempt from submitting English proficiency proof.
