📢 本校自114學年度起實施「個人資料確認作業」
為確保資料正確與保障權益,每年 10月1日、3月1日 系統將自動引導學生至「個人資料確認」頁面,資料內容編修、確認無誤後送出即可。
英文姓名必填,將直接作為學位證書及各項英文證明文件之依據,請務必確認與護照一致。
畢業生注意:6月畢業者最遲於4月30日前、1月畢業者最遲於前一年11月30日前完成英文姓名確認。逾期欲更改,須本人攜證件至教務組辦理。
新生於網路報到時已做過一次資料確認,當學期可免辦理,自次學期起仍須依規定完成確認作業。
如中文姓名、出生年月日等資料有誤,請依教務組網頁「常見問題」說明辦理更正。
📢 Implementation of “Personal Information Verification” from Academic Year 2025
To ensure accuracy of student records and protect student rights, the system will automatically direct students to the “Personal Information Verification” page on October 1st and March 1st each year. Please review and confirm your information; submit after making any necessary corrections.
English name is mandatory and will be used directly on your diploma and all English official documents. Please make sure it is consistent with your passport.
For graduating students:
June graduates must complete verification by April 30.
January graduates must complete verification by November 30 of the previous year.
After these deadlines, any changes to the English name must be applied for in person at the Registrar’s Division with valid ID (e.g., passport, ARC).
For new students:
Those who have already completed verification during online enrollment are exempt in their first semester. Verification will be required from the following semester onward.
If your Chinese name, date of birth, or other non-editable data is incorrect, please follow the correction procedures listed in the “FAQ” section on the Registrar’s Division website.
